5 minutes drive from M4 Junction 3: Exit jnct 3 and follow signs for Hayes, stay in the right lane, turn right at the next large rbt (do not follow signs for Southall) follow sign for Norwood Green. Tesco and ToysRus should be on your left. Go straight across two mini rbts and take second left into Priory Way. Drive through large wooden gates in front of you.

5 minutes bus ride from Southall Station: Southall station is 10 minutes from Paddington Station and about 12 minutes from Ealing Broadway Station by overland train. Come out of Southall station and walk to the bus stop on your left. Catch a H32 or 195 and get off at the fourth stop. Carry on walking and turn right into Priory Way. (Bharat Coach station is in the entrance of Priory Way).
